MIMI

Happy September from me and one of my cats: Mimi. I got a particularly good photo of her eyes, so I’m sharing.

Mimi is an adult rescue cat. She’s our second full time house cat and she came from a 90 year old lady’s house. Our house is very different from where she came from. We have much more chaos: kids, another cat and a Whippet (whippets are a dog breed, think: smaller greyhound)! All of our animals are (currently) black and white. Not necessarily on purpose.

We’ve had her about a year. Although, it was kinda bumpy in the beginning: she’s settled in really well.

Even though our cats mostly get along, the favorite activity between them is pouncing, fast fighting, and running off in different directions. They keep each other fit!

I really encourage finding a suitable (Great cats are rare) adult cat. You’ll know their temperament, unlike a kitten. Adult cats don’t always get adopted.

Save a life, and bring a kitty home!
