This is why I started this blog in 2013. I repost these classes yearly and they really are: everything you need to know when you are starting out in gardening. I would say if you have under 10 years of gardening experience: this will be the best tutorial you can find on the subject.
If you have more experience, then I would bet there’s still information in these classes you haven’t considered.
I really enjoyed writing these articles and I have had good responses over the years to the classes themselves. I don’t charge anything for these classes, because no one charged me when I learned this information.
You get all of my family’s combined knowledge, plus my years of personal research.
However, if you are pretty sure you will do well without help: go ahead and grow your garden. At year’s end when you realize you’ve spent $20 per tomato, come on back, the information will still be here! And yes, we all start out headstrong and get our rears handed to us by mother nature!

This is great! I want to start up a little garden. I will definitely be giving these a good read.
Glad I could help! Thanks for coming by, I appreciate it!
I really like that picture under class 4. Love all those colors. I hope to have carrots like those this year.
That was in Colorado Springs. That area just needs water, and all sorts of things are possible! I’ve got to grow spring veggies over our winter here in Texas, but I can grow almost all year here! Thanks for the visit!
